Before the day
One person should be able to set it up without involving another department.

During the day
The lower the threshold, the more people contribute. An account is a threshold.
- The attendee scans and uploads — no app, no sign-in, no personal data form.

After the event
The material should be able to go on to communications without a middle step.
- You review and approve before anything is shown outside.
- Everything sits together at full resolution, ready to use.
- The gallery is shared internally through a link.
- Pictures can be ordered as prints for the office or the stand.
Handover and responsibility
You should be able to answer where the material is, and be able to take it with you.
- The whole event is fetched home as one file with a viewer that works without an internet connection.
- Storage and processing happen inside the EU, on our own servers.
- No third-party code and no advertising networks pointed at the attendees.
- Deletion removes the files for real, when you decide.
