Terms of service
1. What the service is
The service lets you collect photographs and video from the guests at an event. Guests need neither an app nor an account: they scan a code and upload. As a customer you get a gallery, moderation and a downloadable archive of the original files.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping the details in your account correct and for not disclosing your password. You may download your data or delete your account yourself at any time, without contacting us. A deletion request is carried out after a grace period, and you can cancel it at any point during that period.
3. Your content
The photographs and the video belong to you and your guests. We make no claim to them and we do not sell them on.
We take no licence to your material. Expressly, that means we do not use it to market the service, we do not use it to develop or improve the product, and we do not use it to train machine learning models — neither our own nor anyone else's. The only processing we carry out is what is needed to deliver the service to you: receiving the file, deriving the variants the gallery needs, storing it and handing it back to you and to those you have given access.
If we ever want to use a picture for something else — an example on the website, a case study — we ask you first, for that occasion and that picture. Such a consent is always voluntary, always limited in scope and always revocable. It is never part of these terms.
4. Your responsibility as the host
You decide which event collects pictures, who may see them and for how long. That also makes you the one responsible for informing the guests. We give you the tools: every guest can read who is responsible, how long the pictures are kept and how to report a picture for removal.
5. Pictures of children
If children are at the party, you as the host are the one responsible for it being permissible to collect and show pictures of them, and for their guardians having been told. We cannot make that assessment for you — we see a picture, not a consent.
For events where this is sensitive there is pre-approval: you switch it on in the gallery settings, and then no picture is shown to anyone until you have released it yourself. We recommend it when children make up a large part of the guests. A guardian who wants a picture removed can always report it without an account, and the decision is yours, with us as the last instance.
6. Periods
An event has two periods you control separately: an upload window, during which guests can send in new material, and a viewing period, during which the material can be seen, downloaded and exported. The viewing period is always at least as long as the upload window. You are reminded before a period ends and can extend it yourself within the limits of your package.
7. Price and payment
The price of a package is shown in Swedish kronor including VAT and is the total. No fee is added later in the flow. Before you order, you are shown the price, the VAT stated separately, how many months of viewing period the package gives and what happens when that period ends. The order binds you only once you have confirmed it on that page.
You receive a reference and pay by Swish or against an invoice. The package is activated once the payment has been registered. The free tier has limits on volume and storage time. An event never loses material because a package lapses: it falls back to the limits of the free tier.
8. When the viewing period ends
You are warned 60, 30 and 7 days before the viewing period expires, to the account's email address and with a countdown in your overview. After the period has expired you have at least 30 days to export all the material before it is finally deleted. We never delete anything without those warnings.
9. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen days from the order to withdraw. If you change your mind within that time you get your money back, and you do it yourself from the package page — no reason is needed.
Because the service is often to be delivered on a date that has already been set, waiting out fourteen days is not always possible. If your event falls within the withdrawal period we therefore ask you to expressly request that delivery begins immediately. If you do, and the package is activated, the right of withdrawal ends — that is what the request means, and the box is never ticked in advance. If the event is further away the request is optional, and if you leave it untouched you keep the right of withdrawal for the whole period.
What you requested and when is kept on record, and you can always have an extract of it.
10. If your event was sold by a partner
If you bought the service through a photographer, a venue or another reseller, they are your contracting party and they answer for the invoice and for support. You are the data controller for the pictures at your event, your partner processes them on your behalf, and we are a sub-processor in that chain. Who is who for your particular event is stated on the event's package page, together with the address a support question goes to.
11. Availability and interruptions
We aim for the service to work throughout your event, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. If a picture is not received, the service must say so to the guest on the spot rather than keep quiet about it — that is the only undertaking we make about interruptions.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version is published with its own version number, and you accept it before continuing to use the service. Earlier versions remain readable, together with the record of which version you accepted and when.
13. Contact
Questions about the terms, about your data or about a particular event are answered by us at the address stated on the website.
