A trial event is a real event with volume caps. If it works, you upgrade the one you already set up.
Moderation before display

Photos can be set to need approval before they appear on the screen in the hall.
Students' photos do not become advertising

No watermark is burnt into the photos, no ad is shown to the guests, and no details are collected to be sold on.

A subscription gives you a quota of active events. An event is active for as long as its upload window is open.

The quota counts active events, meaning events whose upload window is open right now. A draft without chosen periods does not count.
When an upload window closes the event leaves the quota automatically and the slot frees up that same moment. You do not have to do anything.
You can cancel the subscription yourself at any time, in the panel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
If an invoice goes unpaid, creating *new* events is blocked. Events already running keep collecting and showing as usual.
Neither a full quota nor a cancellation deletes anything. Every event keeps its whole view period, and you are told in advance before it ends.
