This is not a list of what the product can do. It is the evening in order: what is done the week before, what happens when the first guest arrives, what is on the screen over dinner, and what is still there ten years later.
Everything that is ready before anyone arrives
The preparation is short on purpose. You should be able to do it in a quarter of an hour and then think about something else.
- You type a name and a date, and the event is running before you have had time to change your mind.
- The code to print comes ready made — as table cards, as a sign for the entrance, or as a sheet to cut up.
- The occasion gets its own colours straight away, so the page your guests meet looks like your day and not like a service.
- If two of you are organising it, two of you can be here as well, with the same view and the same buttons.
The first guests come in
This is the minute it is decided. A guest who meets an obstacle here will not come back later in the evening.
- The guest points the camera at the code and is away — no app to fetch, no account to create.
- The photographer's camera sends its pictures the same way, without anyone having to fetch a memory card.
- The morning, the ceremony and the party can sit apart, so it is possible to find your way back to a particular moment.
- A guest who does not speak the local language gets the page in their own, without hunting for a flag.
Dinner, and the middle of the evening
It has stopped being a collection. What the guests upload is the entertainment in the room.
- The pictures go up on the screen as they are taken, so the table at the back sees what the table at the front did.
- The guest book takes greetings in text, voice and film — and you can set the question they answer.
- A quiz about you can be played from the table, with points on the screen and a winner at the end.
- Guests request songs from the same page, and whoever handles the music gets a queue to approve from.
The last hour
The evening thins out, but the pictures do not. The late hours are often the pictures nobody else has.
- Uploading carries on long after the screen goes dark — from the taxi home as well.
- Should something unwelcome turn up, you take it down from your own phone in five seconds.
- Who contributed the most pictures can be shown in the room, if you want that kind of contest.
- The screen lasts all night without anyone having to restart it.
The morning, and the week that follows
This is the part that usually gets lost: the pictures exist, but in eighty phones and three chats.
- Everything sits in one place, in the quality the guest took it.
- The photographer's finished pictures land in the same gallery when they are ready, weeks later.
- You share the gallery with your guests through a link, without anyone needing an account.
- The picture that turned out to be the best of the evening can be ordered as a real print, framed or on canvas.
What is left
A service that closes takes the memories with it. So what is left stays with you, not with us.
- You fetch everything as a single file, with a viewer that opens in the browser without an internet connection.
- The files are the originals — not shrunk, not re-encoded, and never marked by us.
- The pictures are stored and processed inside the EU, on machines we own ourselves.
- If you choose to delete, it is deleted, not moved to a bin we forget about.
